Originally developed to be a firm, foam (Nerf type) product to be worn by fans, we quickly realized, after producing our first prototypes, that it would be too costly to produce, ship and fit all fans under this type of technology. Working with one of our agents who deals in inflatable products we came up with a plastic-inflatable prototype that is cheaper to produce, ship and is a one-size-fits-all piece.
